My time is being consumed by school. We've had 2-3 parent meetings per week after school, both helpful and destructive. The one night I didn't have anything this week I went to a party with some colleagues and talked about school. This weekend there's a school event, and I'm babysitting kids from school.
What do people who have normal jobs do with their time?

if it makes you feel any better - my job is supposedly only part time and i still either do it, think about it, talk about it, or complain about it most of the time... except for tuesdays... then i go to choir practice and watch gilmore girls when i come home... those are good days.
Yes. Gilmore Girls. Does anyone else feel that the banter is not quite up to par this season? It's like they just gave them some stupid lines and told them to talk fast vs. it being witty like the last seasons.
I know! This weekend I went away and didn't touch school stuff. Of course, now I'm behind, but I really needed the break.
BTW I hope I didn't offend you with my flippancy about your snow craving. I don't really think you're weird. I'm the weird one, no doubt.
Ruth, I'm SO not easily offended. :) I also listened to Christmas music last week, so yes, I am weird I suppose.
And I'm totally with you Megan about GG. Also, I'm very confused by the Christopher/Luke plot. And Lorelai's quick "getting over" Luke.
Gilmore Girls gets me through Tuesdays.
